SKHLQ型球團環(huán)冷機 Pelletizing  Annular Cooler

環(huán)冷機作為鏈蓖機—回轉(zhuǎn)窯球團法生產(chǎn)球團工藝流程的中主要設(shè)備之一 主要功能有兩個方面：1對回轉(zhuǎn)窯排出的焙燒后高溫氧化球團礦鼓風冷卻，使其溫度降低到便于后序工序處理；2作為整個系統(tǒng)熱平衡的重要環(huán)節(jié)，回收高溫球團中的熱量，用于前面的工序，從而降低整個系統(tǒng)的燃料消耗。該設(shè)備能夠在高溫條件下正常工作。

Annular coolers, one of the  main types of equipment of pelletizing technique of grate-kiln pelletizing  method, mainly have two functions: 1. Conduct blast cooling of the oxidized  pellet at high temperature after roasting that is discharged from rotary kilns,  to reduce the temperature to such a degree as is easy for treatment during the  subsequent working procedures; 2. As an important link during the whole system  thermal equilibrium, recycle the heat in the pallet at high temperatures to be  used for the preceding working procedures, so as to reduce fuel consumption of  the whole system. Such equipment is able to work normally at high temperatures.

環(huán)冷機是由下列幾個主要部分所組成：（雙）傳動裝置、回轉(zhuǎn)體部分、支承輥、壓軌裝配、中心測量裝置、機架裝配、罩子裝配、風箱及灰斗裝配、煙囪、散料小車、雙層卸灰閥、卸料槽、卸料區(qū)罩子、卸礦斗、卸料處安全裝置、側(cè)擋輥、潤滑系統(tǒng)、給料斗等部分組成。

The main parts of annular  coolers include: (Dual) transmission unit, rotary parts, back-up roll, rail  press assembly parts, center measurement device, rack mounting device, cover  mounting device, bellows and ash bucket mounting device, chimney, material  distributing trolley, double-layer ash valve, discharge spout, cover for  unloading section, discharging hopper, safety device in discharging area, side  retaining roller, lubrication system, feed hopper, etc.
