Flotation Machine Fully Automatic Control System

該系統(tǒng)可應(yīng)用于金屬礦山、非金屬礦物的浮選作業(yè)流程中，以入浮礦漿濃度、藥劑添加量和浮選槽液位作為主要控制內(nèi)容，以提高浮選精礦品位和回收率并降低生產(chǎn)成本作為控制目標(biāo)。

This system can be used in flotation of metallic minerals and nonmetallic minerals. It mainly controls the concentration of flotation slurry, reagent added volume and the liquid level of flotation tank, and aims to improve the grade and recovery ratio of flotation concentrate, as well as reduce production costs.

控制內(nèi)容
Control Content

1.實時檢測原礦漿的濃度和流量，通過PID定值法運(yùn)算改變自動閥開度調(diào)整稀釋水流量，使入浮礦漿穩(wěn)定在設(shè)定范圍

1. Conduct real-time detection of concentration and flow of the original slurry. Change the openness of automatic valve and adjust the dilution water flow through PID constant value method to stabilize flotation slurry within the setting range.

2.根據(jù)入浮干礦量自動調(diào)節(jié)入浮前的浮選藥劑添加量（一段加藥）

2. Automatically adjust the adding amount of flotation reagent before flotation according to flotation dry ore (adding reagent in phase I).

3.根據(jù)浮選工藝階段的具體要求優(yōu)化控制浮選指標(biāo)，自動調(diào)節(jié)各個浮選槽藥劑添加量（二段加藥）

3. Optimize flotation indexes according to specific requirements of flotation stage and automatically adjust the adding amount of reagent in each flotation tank (adding reagent in phase II)

4.檢測浮選槽液位水平，根據(jù)浮選階段調(diào)控指標(biāo)通過逆系統(tǒng)控制方法自動調(diào)節(jié)槽間閘門位置，閉環(huán)控制液面穩(wěn)定在所需的范圍

4. Detect the liquid level of flotation tank; regulate indexes according to flotation stages; automatically adjust strobe position between tanks through inverse system control method; stabilize the liquid level of closed-loop control within required range.

5.對于充氣式浮選機(jī)可根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行浮選槽充氣量控制，保障浮選效果

控制方案
Control Scheme

通過檢測給入礦漿濃度和流量調(diào)節(jié)加水閥的流量入浮礦漿濃度穩(wěn)定在設(shè)定值；依照浮選各個階段的不同要求精確控制加藥量；根據(jù)工藝設(shè)定采用逆系統(tǒng)方法控制浮選機(jī)液位決定浮選泡沫刮出量，根據(jù)液位控制中間過程補(bǔ)水量；根據(jù)在線品位檢測數(shù)據(jù)分析運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，便于及時調(diào)整工藝指標(biāo)。

Adjust the flow of filling valve through detecting the concentration and flow of feeding slurry, stabilize the concentration of flotation slurry within the setting value, accurately control the additional dosage according to different requirements in different flotation stages; adopt inverse system method to control the liquid level of flotation machine and decide the scraping amount of flotation froth according to technological design, control water supplement amount during intermediate process according to liquid level, detect the running status of data analysis according to online grade for timely adjustment of technological indexes.

1.系統(tǒng)具有任意轉(zhuǎn)換操作自動/手動操作，在操作界面上修改入浮濃度、各點(diǎn)加藥量、補(bǔ)水量、浮選槽液位等控制參數(shù)

1. The system is equipped with functions of any conversion operation and automatic/manual operation. It can change control parameters such as flotation concentration, additional dosage of each point, water supplement amount, and liquid level of flotation tank.

Using Effect

浮選自動控制可以改善操作條件和保護(hù)環(huán)境，避免人為因素造成的浮選作業(yè)系統(tǒng)不穩(wěn)定的現(xiàn)象?？梢栽诮档退幒?、電耗的基礎(chǔ)上，穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量并提高浮選礦物回收率使用該系統(tǒng)可以達(dá)到減員增效的目的，降低了操作人員的勞動強(qiáng)度。

Flotation automatic control can improve operating conditions, protect environment, and avoid instability of flotation system caused by human factors. It can stabilize product quality and improve the recovery ratio of ore flotation on the basis of reducing reagent consumption and power consumption. If this system is adopted, the purpose of fewer labors but higher efficiency can be achieved. The labor intensity of operators can be reduced.
