SC404型電熱板適用于鋼鐵、煤焦、化工、學(xué)校、醫(yī)院、科研單位實(shí)驗(yàn)室，化驗(yàn)室的加熱器、散熱均勻安全清潔，溫度可自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，對(duì)有機(jī)及易燃物的加熱更為理想的加熱工具。本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部唯一指定企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

SC404 Electric Hot Plate is a heater suitable to be used in labs of iron & steel, coking, chemical industries, school, hospital and research institute. It is uniform in heat dissipation, safe and clean with automatic control of temperature. It is an ideal tool for heating organic and flammable materials. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

電熱板的座殼為1.5毫米的薄鋼板及角鐵焊接而成，外烘皺紋烘漆，頂面為一平整的鑄鐵板，熱量由此散發(fā)。電熱部分深盛殼中，以電熱絲繞成高、中、低三組，分別由殼外開關(guān)控制之。電熱絲外圍（除頂面）用石棉板與外隔絕，隔層內(nèi)用玻璃絨保溫，使熱量除頂部外不易散失，電熱絲工作與否可視開關(guān)旁指示燈的明暗。

The base shell of heating plate is made of 1.5mm thick steel sheet and angle iron through welding, baked with wrinkle paint. At the top is a flat cast iron plate, from which the heat is generated. The electric heating part is placed deeply inside the shell and divided into three groups (high, medium, low) with heating wire, controlled respectively by switches outside the shell. The peripheral area (except top surface) of heating wire is isolated from outer area with asbestos board. Insulation inside the compartment is realized through glass wool which reduces the heat loss (except at the bottom). The lightness of indicator lamp beside the switch indicates the working status of heating wire.

為了操作安全，外殼必須可靠接地。

For the sake of operation safety, the shell must be reliably grounded.
