旁動(dòng)隔膜跳汰機(jī),基本由Denver型跳汰機(jī)改制而成。其床層比較穩(wěn)定,選別效果較好,隔膜與傳動(dòng)裝置在跳汰機(jī)定一側(cè),維修方便,但其占地面積和設(shè)備重量都比相同篩面規(guī)格的其他跳汰機(jī)大,動(dòng)力消耗出略高,多用粗選及精選作業(yè),適宜的分選粒度為12-0.1mm,廣泛用于選別、金、銀、鎢、錫、鉛、鋅、錳、鐵等重金屬礦。
Such side way action type jig is basically transformed from Denver jig. Its table layer is stable and produces good separation effects. The dissepiment and transmission device are fixed on one side of the jig which is easy for maintenance. However, it occupies larger area than other jigs of the same sifter specification and is heavier. It consumes relatively higher power. It is mostly used for fine screening or coarse screening. Its suitable separation size is 12-0.1mm. Such jigs are widely used to separate ores of heavy metal such as gold, silver, tungsten, tin, lead, zinc, manganese, and iron.

下動(dòng)圓錐隔膜跳汰機(jī)的隔膜位于跳汰室槽體圓錐部分和可動(dòng)錐之間,故動(dòng)力消耗少,重產(chǎn)物排出暢通。缺點(diǎn)是床層松散較差,選寬級(jí)別礦石時(shí),粗粒級(jí)的回收較差。
The dissepiment of below pulsating jig lies between the conic section of the jigging room’s trough and the movable cone. Therefore, it consumes little power and heavy products can be discharged smoothly. Its disadvantage is poor looseness of table layer. During the separation of wide ores, the recovery of rough grains is unsatisfactory.
俗稱米哈諾布爾型,一般用于6mm以下礦石的粗選作業(yè),廣泛用于選別、金、銀、鎢、錫、鉛、鋅、錳、鐵等重金屬礦。
Such jig is commonly called Mihanuobuer which is normally used for the roughing of ores smaller than 6mm. Such jigs are widely used to separate ores of heavy metal such as gold, silver, tungsten, tin, lead, zinc, manganese, and iron.
